The EEC is the brick building next to the Assateague Island Visitor Center.

Let’s help our little backyard birds survive the winter! When the temperatures get colder, birds must eat enough to create energy to stay warm. We can make their lives a lot easier by providing nutritious and yummy bird food. It’s so much fun to watch birds pick their favorite treats from your bird feeder! At this event you can choose from a variety of bird feeder designs and materials to make one or more feeders. The birds will love your wire feeders for sunflower seeds, pumpkin feeders, pinecone feeders, dried fruit garlands, and coconut suet!
