Celebrate Native American heritage with a day of culture, history, and living traditions. Meet collectors and Tradition Bearers as they demonstrate multiple Native American lifeways, sharing skills, knowledge, and stories passed down through generations.
Enjoy a special historical presentation by members of the Pocomoke Indian Nation highlighting their enduring connection to the region. Displays, demonstrations and a presentation illuminating, Pocomoke Indian Nation’s History, Lifeways and Resources within their Homelands and Sphere of Influence. This free public event is hosted by the Talbot Historical Society, in conjunction with Talbot 250, the Waterfowl Festival, and the Talbot County Free Library.
