Pocomoke River State Park, in partnership with the Worcester County Health Department, is excited to host their Fall Fungi Festival 5K again this fall. This fun, flat, and paved 5K run/walk is designed to promote healthy outdoor activities and is open to everyone.

Fall Fungi Fest 5k

Come join Pocomoke River State Park for the Fall Fungi Fest 5k at Pocomoke River State Park: Shad Landing! Lace up your running shoes and hit the trails surrounded by the beauty of autumn. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun challenge, this event is perfect for all levels. Enjoy the crisp fall air and maybe even spot some wild mushrooms along the way. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to embrace the season and get active in nature!

 

The course is flat and paved. Dogs, strollers and mobility carts welcome!!

The first 100 folks to sign in will receive a sweet race T-Shirt!!!!
What to Expect:
Course: An easy and welcoming route suitable for runners, walkers, strollers/wagons, and even dogs. Feel free to bring the whole family!
Post-Race Fun: Stick around after the 5K to enjoy the Fall Fungi Festival from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Experience local vendors, live music, family games, hayrides, and much more!
Public Event: This FREE event is open to the public. Share with friends and family and join us for a day of fun and fitness!
