Salisbury University welcomes preeminent scholars of Asian history to discuss thought-provoking studies of imperialism in Asia. Each visiting scholar gives a talk on their area of expertise, followed by a moderated discussion making interdisciplinary and transnational connections, as we consider re-evaluating the global history of the foundational and troubling phenomenon of imperialism that still has repercussions today.
