There will be decorated boats lit up going from Somers Cove to Tawes Nursing Home and back. Come watch at various points–Somers Cove Marina, City Dock, Wellington Beach and the Legion. There will be holiday music, food and drink specials and shopping with local vendors at the City Dock area and Water’s Edge Cafe.
