Hops on the River - Salisbury

Tickets are on sale for the City of Salisbury’s fourth craft beer tasting event, Hops on the River, which is one month away, on Saturday, April 13.

Hours: 2-5 p.m. for general admission attendees and 1-5 p.m. for VIP attendees.

Location: This year’s event will take place in the area between Unity Square and Riverwalk Games Park in Downtown Salisbury.

Activities: The event includes unlimited tastings of more than 30 craft beers, plus live music and games. Tasting glasses are sponsored by The Brick Room. New this year is the King of Wings competition, in which people can sample 10 wings from participating restaurants and vote for their favorite to be this year’s King of Wings. In addition, attendees can purchase food from food trucks and browse handmade goods from craft vendors that will be on-site.

Ticket Information: Early Bird General Admission tickets are $35 through Friday, April 5, at 11:59 p.m. and $45 afterward. VIP tickets are $55 and will be sold through Saturday, March 31, if they do not sell out before then. King of Wings tickets are available as an add-on for $15.

All attendees must be 21 or older. No vertical IDs will be accepted. There are no DD tickets, although non-drinkers ages 21 and older can attend at no charge and not taste any alcohol. The event is weather-permitting; the rain date is Sunday, April 14. Tickets are non-refundable.
