Join Crisfield Arts and Entertainment at Corbin Studio & Gallery for Poetry Workshops on four consecutive Thursdays in October, beginning October 1. Together, you’ll explore poems from many cultures, eras, and styles—some familiar, some new—as a way to connect with language, history, culture, identity, memory, and the shared human experiences that bring communities together across time. Guest host Marcus Colasurdo. Attendees are encouraged, but not required, to bring an original poem to share. We’ll discuss each piece with thoughtful suggestions, constructive feedback, questions, praise, and insights into poetic craft. Each workshop is $10, or you can attend all four for $30.
