Germantown’s Annual Dr. Charles Albert Tindley Celebration of Gospel and history will be held this Saturday, April 18th at New Bethel United Methodist Church from 1-3pm (Doors open at 12). New Bethel is Tindley’s original church and is the oldest African American Church in Worcester County (1855). The church served as a gathering place for Germantown Students for celebrations and school performances. The event is free. Refreshments will be on sale. All are welcome!
